Our customer care department will help you to get registered with us Free Of Cost, and help you to complete sign-up. This usually takes less than a minute via our intuitive interface. Secondly, you can also register with us directly by filling your details on the portal and then you can view the details of the tutors in your locality and call them for a demo class. If you have specific needs, then you may reach out to our customer care or write us so that we can arrange a suitable tutor under premium category. This is a chargeable service.

Yes, you have the option to ask for a free demo class before deciding to give the home tutor a go ahead. But first, you need to register with us on our website. Once registered, you are eligible for asking for the free demo class that can be arranged at the convenience of your home by calling the tutor. In case after the demo class you feel that the tutor is not suitable for your requirements, our customer support team is there to help you to find another tutor for another free demo class.

Registration is free of cost for students as of now.

A maximum of three demo classes are permissible from three different tutors.

You always have the right to select or reject the tutor on any ground. But we would advise you to judge the tutors based on their knowledge level of the subjects first. Some tutors may have a mother tongue influence on their accent; but they may be very good teachers in their subject and may help you a lot in concept building.

Our experience shows that most of our tutors continue. However, some of the tutors work part time or as freelancers and they can decide whether to continue with the classes or not. We have the penalties in place for tutors for leaving the tuition classes mid-way without prior intimation. However, if the tutor gives a prior notice and has a valid reason for not continuing, then we respect the tutor's decision and we would assist you in finding a suitable replacement, for no additional cost.

It is highly unlikely that you would be unsatisfied with our services. But if this happens we would give you the replacement in two weeks.

Moreover, we would recommend that you should ask for any valid photo ID proof from your tutor before commencing the classes.

We suggest that the classes should be conducted in the presence of parents or guardians. The parents are requested to take the feedback from their ward regularly about the progress of studies and the tutor’s conduct. We would also like to mention here again that we are just an online marketplace that connects the tutors and students and helps them in locating each other with ease. We do not commit any responsibility for the conduct of the tutor.
